Our activities give an opportunity to give back to local communities by getting involved in life-changing initiatives that make a difference where it matters the most.
Our focus on Community & Charity is embedded into all our geographies and seeks to help and support the local communities which surround our club people.

Sports are such a finite part of this universe. Normal people lack obsessive interest in records and intricacies in highlight-reel plays. Fans – and writers – see things differently. There’s no way to explain to a normal person the importance of something sports-related. They never get it.
That’s important to remember. It reminds us all that sports aren’t that big of a deal. In one way, they create the vacuum where we exist every minute of every day. In another way – a much bigger way – they remind me of how trivial stat lines and record books are.
So, while it’s important that we find safety in the friendships we find, we realize that sports merely serve as the vehicle for interaction. On a dreary day when nothing goes right, a text about last night’s game can make the difference. That difference – the one that alters the mood enough to enrich moments – found me through sports.

While working with people you consider friends definitely makes work more fun. Most organizations today require strong team working skills and tout the collaborative nature of their workplaces, so it perhaps goes without saying that there is considerable interest in what makes teams effective.

The Power of Friendships-

Friendship provided a big boost to team performance, regardless of whether the tasks were mental or physical. It was also consistent across age groups, with the gain growing as the size of the teams increased. Friends can coordinate tasks more effectively, They know each other’s strengths and weaknesses and can figure out how to break up the work in the most efficient way.

Quality Over Quantity-

Teams with high friendship levels did very well when the goal was to produce the highest output, but they did no better than less friendly teams when the goal was to produce an optimal solution to a problem. The output boost is because sustaining motivation can be the key factor in such tasks, and so friends can help do just that. When you’re working with friends, you tend to be in a better mood and can work through the adversity and strain that sometimes comes from having to produce a lot in a short time.
